How do I cancel my order?

We are sorry to hear that you wish to cancel your order. You may cancel an order within 24 hours from the time of placing the order. Simply write to us at contact@shoemonkies.com with your order number and we will cancel your order for you.

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping charge is levied on all orders depending on the weight. For Domestic its included in the MRP.

How to exchange a product?

To exchange a product, please contact contact@shoemonkies.com with an uninterrupted unboxing video of the parcel on the same day of receiving the parcel. If approved by our team, the exchange will be processed within 2-3 working business days after receiving the product back at the Shoemonkies warehouse.
